Question 1

How do I start importing from China?

Accepted Answer

Send us your product spec and target quantity. Within 5–7 working days we shortlist verified factories, share quotations and arrange samples.

Question 2

Do you verify suppliers before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every supplier goes through a background check and, on request, a physical on-site audit before you make any payment.

Question 3

What is DDP shipping?

Accepted Answer

Delivered Duty Paid — one all-inclusive price from Chinese factory to your Indian door, covering freight, customs duty, GST and last-mile delivery.

Question 4

How do you find international buyers?

Accepted Answer

We combine our vetted buyer database, targeted outreach and personal introductions at trade shows. Most exporters see the first serious enquiry within 30–45 days.

Question 5

Do you help with export documentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from invoice, packing list and BL to LUT, drawback and RoDTEP claims where applicable.

Question 6

How do you charge?

Accepted Answer

We work on transparent flat fees per service, never on hidden margins in freight or duty. Every quote is itemised.

Question 7

Do you offer credit terms?

Accepted Answer

For established clients, we offer credit against verified purchase orders and shipment cycles.

Question 8

Which Indian ports do you clear at?

Accepted Answer

Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Kattupalli, Hazira, Cochin and ICDs including Tughlakabad, Whitefield and Dadri.

Question 9

What is the typical transit time from China?

Accepted Answer

18–24 days by sea (Shenzhen–Nhava Sheva); 3–5 days by air.
